Your first three steps.

1. Charge first
Make sure you charge your brush for 7 hours before the first use with the included USB-C charger.

2. Find your mode
Press the button to cycle between the two brush modes

Gentle Clean - White light
Deep Clean - Blue light

Your brush will always remember the mode you used last.

3. Ready to brush
Hold your brush at a 45° angle to the gum line, and gently move it in small circles. Your brush has a 2-minute timer, and gives you a gentle haptic buzz when it's time to move to the next part of your mouth.

How to care for your brush

Rinse paste off the head and bristles after each use
Wipe the handle and pat it dry with a damp cloth
Use the mirror mount so water and paste drip right off

How to return your used heads

To reduce our carbon footprint, we ask that you collect at least three heads before posting them back to us.

Every order placed via trysuri.com comes with a pre-paid returns mailer for you to send your used heads back to us for recycling in the UK & US.

How to use the UV-cleaning light

Press the button to start the 1-minute UV-C cleaning cycle. A blue light on top will turn on for the duration of the clean.

The UV-C light is battery powered, so you can keep your bristles fresh on the go, without plugging in. For safety the UV-C light will turn off if you open the case.

How to turn on the travel lock

Hold the button down for 5 seconds. You’ll feel a short vibration and see an orange light blink once the lock has engaged.

Hold again for 5 seconds to unlock.

4 hours of charging will give the brush 4-6 weeks before needing a recharge.

No, it vibrates side to side—33,000 times a minute. SURI toothbrushes use sonic cleaning technology to lift plaque off your teeth, which is different to rotating or round-headed brushes.   

Both types of head are recommended by dentists and SURI is clinically tested to remove 100% more plaque after the first use, and deliver 4x healthier gums in just two weeks.*

No. Instead we have two gentle (but powerful) brushing modes and medium/soft bristles which provide an effective clean without being harsh on gums or tooth enamel.

Worried you're brushing too hard? Give these a try:

1) Don't brush—'massage'
There's no need to brush or scrub your teeth, simply guide your toothbrush around your teeth in small circles and let our sonic motor do the work for you.

2) Try a lighter grip
Simply hold the handle between your thumb and first two fingers. It’s almost impossible to brush too hard.

Our plant-based heads last up to 3 months and we recommend changing them every 2-3 months to keep them performing their best.
