How long does the battery last?

Overnight charging will give the brush 1+ month of power before needing a recharge.

Does your brush head rotate?

No, it vibrates side to side—33,000 times a minute. SURI toothbrushes use sonic cleaning technology to lift plaque off your teeth, which is different to rotating or round-headed brushes.   

Both types of head are recommended by dentists and SURI is clinically tested to remove 100% more plaque after the first use, and deliver 4x healthier gums in just two weeks.*

Is there a pressure sensor?

Yes—our Touchsense™ intuitive pressure sensor uses haptic feedback to encourage better brushing technique overall.

We also have two gentle (but powerful) brushing modes and medium/soft bristles which provide an effective clean without being harsh on gums or tooth enamel.

How long do the brush heads last?

Our plant-based heads last up to 3 months and we recommend changing them every 2-3 months to keep them performing their best.

Where are you based?

We are currently based in the UK and USA but we ship our brushes worldwide. We offer free recycling in the UK and USA and also cover import fees on orders to the EU.
