Recycled Soap Dish 1.0
Since launching in 2022, our community has returned over two tons of used SURI plant-based brush heads through our free recycling scheme. We’ve now partnered with
Reborn to give these heads a second life as minimalist soap dishes.
Made in the UK, each soap dish is made from eighteen returned brush heads, and due to subtle variations and natural imperfections in the material—no two dishes are exactly the same.
From oral care to self-care. Brushing to bathing. Waste to renewal. Made possible by you.

How we recycle our heads.
01. Bagged and returned.
With our prepaid compostable mailer scheme, customers can easily return their used heads to us in the UK & US.
02. Collected and sorted.
The heads are collected and sorted by colour and the bristles removed.
03. Ground and dried.
The sorted heads are ground down into small pellets of PLA, then air-dried ready to be melted and moulded.
04. Loaded and moulded.
The granules are heated to high temperatures and injection-moulded into the steel dies.
05. Cooled and checked.
The dishes are inspected for quality while they cool on the conveyor belt.
06. Packed and ready.
The finished dishes are labelled and packed by hand, ready to ship.
